Everything I thought I knew is shattered,
Replaced with a new frame of certainty.
And what I believed to be right for me,
Couldn't have been more wrong.
I now know that I was hiding,
Not only from the world, but from myself.
The only reason I've learned this is,
I think I've discovered my soul mate.
I never believed in that "one" person,
Again, all my thoughts have changed.
I don't know what to think anymore.
He is the one who makes me be myself.
I'm still doubting that he is real,
it seems like I dreamed him up.
I thought I've been in love,
but this is like nothing I've ever felt.
Although I was hiding before,
I no longer need to.
