Change

Change is funny isn't it?
One week everything will be the same
then the next you change.

That happened to me
but it was for better not for worse
I use to be depressed
and write sad poems

Now I realize life is good
people care about me
they always have
I was just to selfish to see them.

Now that I've changed,
it seems life couldn't get better
the old me is gone
the new one pushed her out

I learned to love life now
I guess that
it just takes one stranger to say
I love you to change who you are

It can happen anytime
