Holding In Time The Picture Of That Face

by Prasad Baadkar   Apr 19, 2008

Put his soul to rest as you walk away
A new soul will come to replace your heart & him this way
What worth be life when heart be born Golden
All without a Angelic soul that makes it break often
With this coming rain how can summers Night be blessed with light
For any given darkness every lamp has burnt & died of a broken heart.

One who holds the whole galaxy will never understand
The lone stars language singing ballads of times flowing sand
His life still a lone Prisoner chained within springs kingdom come
How would he realize when Love in youth came to him than left
Lost within himself far from the ploy of day & night
Holding in time the picture of that face in which he saw his bride.
