It's Time To Let Go.

I can't believe these three years have gone by so fast,
I've liked you this long, and of course nothing lasts.

You will always be that one guy in the back of my mind,
But, I've decided.. It's time for me to try and move on, give up, and leave everything behind.

You're probably one of the greatest guys I've met than anyone before,
But, now it's time to face the fact, I'm not yours.

As I look at you this one last time, I think about how I never gave this a good try,
Now that I'm giving up, I'll just have to remember it's because I was too shy.

I just don't understand it anymore,
I never have held on to something this long before.

Thoughts of you will never end,
And now I'm left with a situation that I never intend to end up doing again.
