Confusing Confusions

by gracey grey   Jun 3, 2008

What was before, is not now
That which is, will be
Will tomorrow be today?
Cycle of life is confusing

High tides and low tides
they come at intervals
What predicts the future?
Nobody knows

World is round, they say
I say life is a circle
When will it stop?
Madness is all around

Beauty is resilient
In retrospect it fades
Is it worth it?
Nothing last forever

We are born to die
Only to be born again
Why are we born at all?
Confusion, confusion, confusions

Two sides to every dime
Two faces on every note
How can this be?
Life is but one.

Lucky are the rich
Downtrodden are the poor
Where are the just?
Nobody equals equal

Truth sets you free
Irony is, there is no truth
and no wrongs
Everything is because it is!
