Parrot Of Thunder

One day , once a haze , once a night
once your rain , a spring of light
bears the pain , a thunder of sight
storms and gales , sword of knight

One day , once a shade , once a gloom
once your dove , a maze of bloom
burns the love , wings of loom
glides and curves , rattle of doom

One day , once a gush , once a breeze
once your autumn , a leaf of trees
heads the bottom , of oceans and seas
pearls and waves , flood of sprees

One day , once a well , once a flow
once your dew , a bud of glow
gleams the winds , crag of blow
brood of burst , into rainbow

One day , once a river and streams
once your rim , nerve of dreams
tears the dim , mist and steams
waters and fountains , of rays and beams

One day , once a cloud and skies
once your blue , a groove of eyes
dies the breath , rumble of sighs
spread of shine , into sunrise

One day , once a robin , once a flower
once your iris , a shrub of colors
sears the sun , rains and showers
to the route of time , years and hours
