Go

by Ed or Ian Henderson   Aug 1, 2008

Fire in my eyes is from seeing you lied.
Useless tremors in your voice reveal all you hide.
Childish excuses pour forth, poor and weak.
Killing the truth at it's beautiful peak.

You maybe want to still be free,
Or you may just be tired of me.
Ultimately please be wise.
Retain the dignity in your own eyes.

Selfishness is worn like a crown.
Eventually you will read down.
Like we all come to question our pride,
Fire in my eyes is from seeing you lied.
