Lord forgive me

Lord forgive me for my sins,
and forgive me for these thoughts,
help me though these times of pain,
ill pay what ever the costs,

ill do whatever it takes
just show me the directions,
lead me to fix my mistakes,
i know i can make corrections

lord, forgive me for i have done wrong,
forgive me for i have not been listening,
don't let my chance to change be gone,
my eyes are glistening,
as i surrender to you,
and begin to cry,
my knees fall weak,
staring straight into the sky,
i lay myself down in the middle of a busy street,
i close my eyes,
and when they opened there i was kneeling down at Ur feet..

    This life sucks, how easy it is to give into sin.
    But I am glad that God is here for all of us. And he is a forgiving God. ANd through his son, has saved us all. I too fail to listen for his voice, and sometimes i say I am. No one said living for your life for God would be easy in this world. I really do wish it was wasn't hard.
    Your poem is very much appreciated.
    And I pray, that from this point on... we will both look at the world, from God's view.. and not from the worlds view. We need to stick everything to God. Let him guide us home :)
