Eyes Wide Open

by Jennifer RIP Lesthat Hayden   Aug 12, 2008

There are things in those eyes that scream out for help,
but are quickly silenced with a single blink.
The screams may be hidden, but they're still there
calling for someone to pry open those teary eyes of yours.
It's okay. I know sometimes we'd like to keep those voices as secrets.
Just know each time you silence them the louder they'll
scream next time you crack open those depressed windows.
I can see your soul beyond the blue window panes
and I can hear the silenced screams trying to escape
and shatter your beating heart.
So many are trying to heal that tattered soul
it's starting to unravel.
And so you close your eyes as an attempt to save
your distressed soul.
Do as you wish as long as it's for the best.
I'll gladly be one less person if it means you'll open
your eyes for one more screech to release its pain.
My only hope is for the day you're restored as
a voiceless being with eyes wide open.

I hope you can really hear those voices !!

and if you do , listen to what they say more then you ask them questions

if you do listen to these voices , look at their words carfully sometimes a bird even you open their cages will be afriad to leave for freedom

it was a very good vent of your feeling si can really understand you
