The evidence of grace

You were told once you are baptized
that you are saved by grace.
Your creativity and your money
Could not obtain you salvation,
only the blood of Jesus.
What a high price for someone to pay?

Someone you did not even care about.
You lied to him, betrayed him,
cheated on him, cursed him,
mocked him, spot on him.
Yet, he loved you so much
He willingly left his glory above
to give you salvation.
Have you ever imagine the price
That our Savior paid?
He is not even our kind.

Yes, one cannot buy salvation
It is only given through the blood of Jesus
But what is your evidence of grace?
You were told to not participate
in sexual behavior until marriage.
Yet, you are masturbating;
you are going down someone panties/pants
You are bathing in sexual iniquities.
Is that your evidence of grace?

Your tongue is untamed.
You have no control over it.
You imagine, you invent stories
You like a Wal-Mart that opens 24/7
to gossip about the new girl in church.
When you meet a man,
The first thing you notice
is his private part
How does it look in his pants.
Is that your evidence of grace?

Judging, no I am not
While your works cannot save you
You need to show the evidence of grace.
If any of these things above reflects
Your evidence of grace,
You need to surrender, recommit your
life to our Savior.
While your work will not save you,
This evidence just saying
You are a secret agent for Satan.

We are running out of time
We can no longer play with our eternal life.
Soon our master will be home
What will we show him as our evidence of grace?
It is time to call on the Holy Spirit
Ask him to burn our worldly selves
Consumed us by his fire, every fleshly desires
So we can show the true evidence of grace.
Remember, these things are not works
to obtain salvation
but it is your evidence of grace.
