Life is a rollercoaster

by NineteenMinutes   Sep 13, 2008

Life is a rollercoaster; you're in its control,
It can go to hell and back with your soul,
If you let your guard down it will know,
And it will destroy you from deep down below,
Don't show no weakness for you will regret it,
And if you're thinking of begging well you can forget it,
It'll show no mercy for it doesn't care,
It likes the fact you drown in despair,
It finds it quite funny that you are in pain,
It wants to break you, make you insane,
I've decided I don't like this, the thing we call life,
It only causes destruction, pain and strife,
When you give in and you stop defending,
When it has broke you, and you're beyond mending,
It'll stand at your grave smug with its pride,
Waiting for others to board this rollercoaster ride.
