Late

by Faithless   Sep 21, 2008

I don't blame him
for loving you
fore I see what he sees in you

How do we explain somethings
that took us by surprise?
Are we victims of a cupid
that shot us in disguise
I wish I could move on
but how am I suppose to leave you
when you're the only one

why is it now that we meet?
do we really have to put out
the fire that we have built?
why can't we let it burn all night long?
Is it because you couldn't seem to bear the guilt?

Every time we meet
our heart beat accelerate
the indescribable feeling
that is better than getting intimate

Love works in a strangest way
the more we try to deviate
the closer we get to the gate
perhaps that's the reason
why we meet a little bit late
