Stranger (in my own skin)

by stillmomsgirl   Oct 3, 2008

Stranger
in my own skin
emotions
clawing their way out
simmering
at the surface
waiting
to boil over
insults
tossed out
as if they mean nothing
remembering
all the things
meant to be forgotten
judgements
float on the air
grudges
held closely
regrets
aiding in
hearts
falling apart
memories
resting upon
soft surfaces
when touched
scattered like dust
