Beauty In A New Sense

by ABake   Oct 9, 2008

Her new smile shines brighter than the sun in the middle of the day, her laughter fills the already full classrooms with an indescribable warmth- She won't admit it, but she loves the attention. A busy schedule keeps her on the go, so many extra curricular activities you'd think one would be exhausted. But not her, she is determined to break herself of an old pattern...

Months ago, her eyes were red and her heart remained in a permanent state of pain; tears were an everyday thing for this young girl. Not anymore, instead of obsessing over quotes, she is now living by them. Not everyday is easy, but she always has tomorrow to look forward to- She doesn't strive for perfection, but she pushes herself harder to reach a goal that was set long long ago...

Love is not a necessity to happiness, she feels in most cases it is only an asset; there she goes again, taking the simplest things and making them her own. She's got something about it, can't quite find the word. It's just... beautiful.
