---Proud---

Under his wings we lived
Under his wings I've grown
He is the reason for
Everything I've accomplished and own
He bears my burdens
To make my life easier to go through
To his words and promises
He always been true
He gave me his wisdom
He taught me my manners
Listens to my nonsense
When everything else matters
Through his work and patience
A true man I became
I try hard to be good
Not to bring him shame
This may trouble you
It's easy to confound
Might say it's incorrect
Should be the other way around
But today, I stand up tall
Tell the people in the crowd
To have him as my father
It makes me [His Son] Proud

    Aww..that was a really sweet poem. I wish i could have written something like that to my father..but i never really felt a connection like that to him. Ur very lucky. Good job..keep it up ;)
