Morning Repetition

She watches me as I look away
leaving us with nothing much to say
sitting from a distant view
there is nothing much that we can do

every time our eyes meet
our heart skipped a beat
blinded by what we couldn't see
the potential of a tiny seed
that will someday grow into a beautiful tree

blood from a different breed
we came from different source of ancestry
we just let history repeat
the silentness of the morning breeze

I tried to say hi
but my lips are locked within my skin
stitched by an invincible thread and pin
if only you could hear my voices from deep within

though on the surface I may looked smooth
but on the inside hell I'm as nervous as you
so beautiful so lovely and so true
you're not only pretty but you're also cute too

We've passed each other countless number of times
but neither of us dare to make the first move
we were both shy like olden day youth
if only i had the courage to tell you the truth...

    Well i know what it is to be shy. I used to find quit shy guys romantic. All i can say there are ways to overcome shyness so that should never be an obstacle to get close to one you love. also when both are shy, when not use words to approach each other( a romantic letter) that means so much. I enjoy your write, kel.

    Mm.. being shy can indeed keep us from reaching our goals.. whether the goal is to get a girl/guy or other things..
    sometimes we just have to take a chance in life.. :)
