Insanity

by Stacie   Nov 28, 2008

Tears leak from the sick-colored sky
Embedding in my soul the poison I`m consumed by
Skeptically admiring the clouds twist and turn
Feeding my desperate fear, as my stomach churns

Pale yellow blotches take over my sight
Mesmerized in both awe and fright
Grass wilts under my feet
Walking, engrossed with the rhythm of the beat

Thoughts disperse, senses drift away
The dreary wind pulls me into its dismay
Weakness seeps into me, eliminating the cold
Void of feeling, sanity will not hold

Excellent piece, this truly captured my heart and soul and I felt like I was phsically watching this. Your descriptions were so vivid and gave me amazing visuals. Nicely done, I enjoyed reading this. 5/5 from me, take care.
