"My Captured Heart"

My captured heart,
Is stuck on you,
Even after,
The pain you put it through.

My captured heart,
Please set it free,
So i can move on,
And begin to be me.

My captured heart,
Seems battered and bruised,
Thats how it feels being confused.

Hes had my heart,
Right from the start,
As days go by,
He tears it apart.

My captured heart,
Oh why cant he see,
That we were truly meant to be.

    Aww, i love this one. I really like the idea of 'captured heart' and why wont he let it free? i think that is very original and unique, so well done.
    I recommend just editing your poem, because when you put ' and stuff, the site makes it go funny.. for lack of a better word.
