I See The Tears

by Steady Stereotype   Dec 23, 2008

All curled up, in a petite little ball,
An endless stream of tears did fall.
But at this worsened state of feel,
No more tears erupt to real.

And in this state pathetic of all,
Eyes turn red staring at the wall.
Glistening pair in a daze,
No kind word through trance can faze.

Thoughts they swarm as she tries to cheer,
Cheer up stand tall pretend no fear,
No suicidal thoughts tonight,
Just brain and heart that erupt in fight.

No frown nor smile a straight face that night,
No happy feeling, emptiness that frights.
They say that letting go would help my might.
And yet it's those tears that made me everything but alright.

Sadness left a pang in the heart,
And the emptiness no emotion thwart.
I wonder which would hurt the most,
Yet shine facade this I toast.

That's painful. The emotion and passion was there and it sparkled so well. 5/5
