I was a fool to believe
You had an interest in me
Played by your tricks
you just wanted your fix

Got lost in your false hope
Was drug by that damn rope
Kicked back to the ground
In you hurt was all I found

Just a place to stand
I should have just ran
You got me to the point of hope
To turn around and just say nope

You got me I must admit
You had me hooked and I bit
Like a stupid little fish
I was pretty easy to dismiss

Should have never fell
But I though what the hell
And down I went face first
Just glad this wasn't the worst..
