Never to Young

I never believed in a love that could put every fairytale to shame
The kind that if you witnessed it you would never be the same

I met a couple once upon a time ago
Taking there time, walking ever so slow

They told me they were nothing special, there love wasn't a fairytale
Now I know it was much more then that, what they had would never fail

The way they looked at each other said everything
Besides each other those two didn't need anything

Laced hands smiling with every step they took
People pausing just to take a look

So confident so young yet they taught me so much
They'd been through it all, but had never given up

Broken hearts, and broken promises tears falling around them
But she knew she couldn't live without him

Others that he never cared about
Not saying anything, 7 and 1/2 months it took him to think things out

He loved her the whole time but was afraid of being hurt again
She didn't want another break in her heart thinking they were better as friends

You see the rest doesn't matter neither could live without the other
Let this love story inspire you like no other
