The bells of freedom no longer ring
Soldiers die on foreign soil
Financial markets a monumental mess
Elected officials running amok
Spending money by the truck

Accountability out the window
Scofflaws put in charge
Constitution a mockery
Leaders running down a wrongful path
Time for them to feel the wrath

Rise up I say
Patriots one and all
We must take back our freedom
Senate, House and President too
Our message must get through

This path is ruining us all
Wiping out the middle class
Creating debt that cannot be repaid
Stand up and fight
Citizens do what is right

Take the government back
We the people are what matter
Toss out the wasteful masses
Americans unite
