The Sealed

by D Jon Versatino   Mar 5, 2009

Lines are broken,
Grasses have become gray,
Age is spinning around like a stranger,
Without a toast, I preferred to remain as the sun
The earths pot is been wrecked
Night is shivering like a bathed dog
The moon is smiling in pain
Butterflies are too sad to go to bed
There is trouble beneath yonder
And, I guess our prayers are still sealed.

Aww... the meaning of this poem really touched me. I'm not sure if it was your intent but the way I interpreted it is that there are a lot of bad things in this world and not many things have changed... also that we're not taking that much care of the Earth as we should.. because it's our home.. Well, that's my interpretation. Great job
