The Many Different Sides of Me

by Ayumi   Mar 27, 2009

I have a feature quite unique
Hard to find; rarity at its peak
I seem to confuse everyone
With this specialty I hold
The many different sides of me
Just how many can there be?

I'm all happy with my friends
Or kind, by lending a few helping hands
But that's not all in the story of me
It's just not who I'm not cut out to be

My life, my hopes - each and every bit
My dreams, my rights, all of which I defend
I may not seem like a person who does it
But what can I say - I'm difficult to comprehend

To my enemies, I can be harsh and bitter
Or maybe as evil as the Grim Reaper
But that's just another side
The one side I try to hide

There isn't one side I'm destined to be
No one true personality
The many different sides of me
Just how many can you see?

The side of a sensitive counselor
That comes up with a solution every hour
I'm more to this side when I'm on-line
Because not all net pals have a life so fine

The deep, literature-loving kind
The one nobody seems to mind
The side used in this poem at this moment
The side that writes so frivolously,
Some papers are burnt

With more sides you can never imagine
Like my dreams that stretch as far as one can see
The many different sides of me
It's unique, don't you agree?

I liked it alot. It seems like it's in a different writing style than what you usually do. 5/5. But I have a suggestion. You don't have to use it because I understand if you don't want to (people try to change my work forcefully sometimes and I get so mad!) How how about switching the positions of these 2 stanzas: The deep, literature-loving kind
The one nobody seems to mind
The side used in this poem at this moment
The side that writes so frivolously,
    Some papers are burnt

The side of a sensitive counselor
That comes up with a solution every hour
I'm more to this side when I'm on-line
Because not all net pals have a life so fine
