Cloud's Gift

by Jad   May 12, 2009

The clouds above
Just go as they please
Dark,grayish clouds
Over the land shrouds

They let loose their tears
Crying over the land
Nourishing the plant and trees
And to animals it feeds

The clouds just steadily go
And after so long of crying
The clouds loosen up
From it's overfilled cup

The clouds move on
They go somewhere else
To show again their tears
And relieve some fears

The fears of drought
The fears of wilt
But the water will give
To all things water to live

This cycle will always continue
Never giving up or stopping
To go on forever
Bringing everything together

So when the next time comes
That clouds give their nourishment
Thank nature for it's gift
As many sadden hearts it lifts
