Life and Death

by What happens when the musics over   May 26, 2009

A new life is born, a family has just been torn.
This precious gift of life, a man just cheated on his wife.

This family gets closer, while the other-- torture.
This child brings bliss.
Her suspicions bring beatings, instead of that loving kiss.

This family is perfect without needing to try.
Poor woman cannot take it.
She takes that step-- to her horrid death-- off that shady bridge.
She's sorry she couldn't give you any kids.

I nearly cried when I read this, that's a nightmare for me, not being able to have children. Beautifully written. 5/5
