Wax Rhapsodic (Double Etheree)

by Atomic   Jun 16, 2009

She
walks on
dainty feet,
speaks poetry
through ruby red lips;
eyes the color of jade
embraced by cool sapphire-
playing heavenly on heartstrings
and watercolors with diamond tears;
A heart breaker in disguise of Beauty.

The sun basks in the warmth of sweet smiles
as skies envy her fresh breath of air;
Lovelier than Aphrodite-
Spring blossoms bloom in her wake.
Kiss the ground she walks on-
be the heart that breaks;
Wax rhapsodic
for Beauty
is our
Muse.

Note: I'm fairly new at this no rhyming business so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
