A Correct Conversation With A Banana

He is a banana so
I ask him what fruit would I be?
A watermelon? (Tough shell, sweet and bright, spit out seeds)
A grape? (Pleasant and generic)
A mango? (Luscious, intoxicating, hard inside)
He says
nectarine. (why? why?)
He says
because they're
my favourite.
