Cease To Imagine; Strive To Live

by Rusheena   Jan 20, 2010

Sitting for hours turns into an instance

The monotony morphs into longing for independence

Waiting is such a difficult task

Especially when the lifestyle is too impossible to ask

Flashbacks reveal the true nature of a fatal fantasy

And even though the heart changed, the mind still strives to be

While unfulfilling imagination takes the place of living

Brain cells decrease, and less logic it is giving

Burning eyes reflect the burning ambition

However, the effort is at a sweet disposition

Patience is the key to life, but I have yet grasped the meaning

For now, I can only try... and strive to stop dreaming
