Alice [Part One]

by Lady Nik   Jan 30, 2010

Darkness a simple
illusion that covers
the plains of my head.
Here there not
everywhere I can
hear the singing...
Like a lullaby it
rocks me into a deep
sleep.

Wake me up..wake me up

Reaching for the light
again knowing I have
little time to waste. She's
on the surface beneath
my bones. I can feel her
itching to get free
to speak to live to breath
But will I be controlled
by the beast?

She talks to me when
I'm weary, keeps me sane
keeps me normal...No..
she makes me sacred
of being around the
rest. Like I need to taste
the blood, feel the skin
watch them struggle to get
loose. She is twisted...

but so am I.

Very dark. And you know what I really love about this?: I cannot say that I have read this before :)
    Very creative and well written.
