I sit here and think,
Why did I let you in?
Why did I give you that second chance?
I don’t know where to begin.

Begin by telling you,
I almost thought I loved you,
Who knows why
When all we did was argue.

Your anger took over,
You sometimes lost control,
You were a lost person,
Insecure deep to the soul.

Our past we tried to overlook,
I guess it was just not meant to be,
Having doubts from the start,
Should have stuck to the boundary.

They say learn from your mistakes,
This relationship was mine,
I currently feel numb over you,
Hate and pain combine.
