Untitled.

Thud. Thud. Thud. Thud.
My heart pounds as I close my eyes.
A groan, a blink, a sudden twitch,
The thuds grow faint at the end of life.

A flash. Everything turns white.
Going back in time, do I see a smile?
Long brown hair, soft against my fingertips.
Left hand against her cheek, yes.. She is Mine.

Her eyes blink, her hand rests upon mine.
She pulls back a little, and she turns around.
My arms move down and around her waist,
But as I near, she stares with a frown.

She pulls away and shakes her head,
One step back, her hands reach for me,
Yet she doesn't stop.. She doesn't stop..
She gets further; my happiness fleeting.

A flash of white, a bang, a crash.
The dashboard closing and my vision blackens.
I'm thrown back, where'd my seat belt gone?
I'm caught in a daze, I'm barely gasping.

I call your name, I call.. I whisper..
Where did I go wrong, give me an answer.
My eyes close once more, my happiness crushed.
I'll love you till death, my beloved....
