You love her and She never did

by WonderingSpiritDiaries   Jan 2, 2011

You want her
you cry and tell me she means the world to you
I remember you said she was the one and only who held the key
but the key to what?
because I'm sure now it wasn't your heart
you always told her how much you loved her
and I never heard her say she loved you back
instead she would hug you n change the conversation
I knew all she said were lies, excuses
still you were happy n I couldn't hurt you
but she did and you let her get. away with it
I ask you why?
"because love forgives" is your answer.
and now that she has spilled the whole truth from her lips
you're on my lap crying wanting to die
and meanwhile you think that she's in the arms of another guy
I run my fingers through your hair
I wanna say shes not worth it but I know your response
she used you to get someone else and she accomplished it
she won him she didn't Care that she lost you

I enjoyed reading this, I really did. Well, "enjoyed" may not be right word, but I know you know what I mean. Anyways, it has feelings, and thats all a poem needs to be a good one.

Wow, I've broken a couple guys hearts like this before. I'm not like that anymore though but it sucks when you have to go through it to.

I felt the rhyme was kinda off but other than that it was a good write. Liked it alot. (: 4/5

I agree with kmx210 ^^^^ great poem but you might want to clean it up a bit and you have some typos such as - [your] - [you're]

I could see this pain in my mind. It is like driving a stake through a heart. Great job. Only thing is try to keep your poems nice and organize. Other than that a deep poem
