My Happy Place, My Happy Family

"When your nervous or sad
Or just mad
Think of a your happy place
a place in which just makes you glad "

I sit there for a moment
And think:
"Do I have a happy place?
Is there even such a place for me?"

Then a picture comes into my mind
And without thinking I smile
For this picture, this place
Most cannot find

Its a family so happy so funny
It consists of a Mother and Father
And lots of sisters and brothers
That welcome you with open arms

This family is one of a kind
When you're feeling down
Or when you're in doubt
they are here to help you out

They live in castle
Far away from earth
So that your problems fade away
as soon as you step through the door

And I recently joined this family
Yet I feel like we've all known each other
Like we were destined to end up in the same family
Because the saying goes: "Friends are the family you choose to be part of your life."
