Penalty Box

Generally, very good humor, even though rocky and strained in places. Specifically:

Guess they thought I was being unkind

The constant change in line beats distracted me. I may overdo beat count sometimes, but I do think it helps with the flow. Your line counts are 11-12-9-9-12-10-10-10-11-10-11-13 which feels erratic.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander
Some times our expressions do meander?

These two lines seem forced.
Maybe something like:
Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander
and like the bird expressions meander
[although I'm not sure how this statement applies to your penalty box]
