Untitled(Just a random)

by Lance Hardy   Mar 22, 2011

Darkness taints our wicked souls
Its time to meet our vacant roles
Look back and forth to see your day
But in the end, its never your way

Cry out to ask for something clear
Beg to hold close to someone thats dear
When you wind up alone and sad
Blame it all on dear ol' Dad

What is there you can you possibly do?
Speak up, out loud like its all true?
How do you know, what you are worth?
You've taken advantage since your birth.

One day, you can take, at a time
One sentence, carried, without a crime
Give it one chance to be atoned
Then maybe you wont wind up alone.

Even if, you see your tomb soon
It may become more like a cocoon
Until its seen the change to come
You might just feel like you're the one

It's good to have such positivity
Specially with all the possibility
But who can argue between the good and bad
When war is raged and poverty is still had.
============================

Long lost, and no idea why I wrote.
