The Clock is Ticking

by Alleycat   Aug 15, 2011

We are in a race against time my friend,
Before we meet a bloody and gruesome end.
Pretending that everything is all hunky dory,
While knowing of this horrible story.
Wishing I could save every person,
With this thought my pain will worsen.
Knowing that Death will come for the ones that I love,
But not knowing if I will see them above.
With all this pondering going on in my head,
I feel that it is better left unsaid.
Our hands are spinning towards the time of fate,
But will we be able to stop them before its too late?
The clock is ticking and time will stop,
When the World stops spinning and people drop.
