Ever feel like you're 1 step behind?
Have you ever seen like the blind?
I have seen where some don't go
I've stood up and went toe to toe
To battle this feeling deep inside
Is like pure hurt going side to side
Never knowing what happens next
But when it comes you're like "yep"
Here it is and there it goes
Like a thief in the night no one knows
This deep desire, and left with confusion
Why is it there is it an illusion
Face life as it comes
Tomorrow's not promised to none
The unsureness of life and what it means
Causes a lot of ups and downs it seems
But what can you do?
Live day by day?
Or live of uncertainty
Either way you must have clarity
You must realize and read between the lines
If not you'll end up like the blind
Maybe good...maybe bad
It's up to you to make it happy or sad
Once again it's up to you
But I'm so tired of this gloom
Hazy days come and hazy days go
Today was one that blows
Maybe tomorrow will be better
Only time will tell, kind of like the weather
No one knows a true forecast
All they do is put on a mask
Again a guess of uncertainty
What must I do; where is my clarity?
I found it in you all along
Where it was before maybe gone
