He thought ..
There she is, standing right next to me
and here I am, not knowing what to do
Here is my heart, about to stop beating
and there is hers, beating so smooth

Destiny, what is your game this time
taking away all that was mine
Oh Time please answer this
Will you be in favor of my fantasies

Hope, are you still there?
Or have you abandoned me again
Faith, where were you hiding
when all I wanted was for her to care

Now I call on you Love
Do you even exist to be found?

She thought ..
He must think that I planned for this
but I believe that we are meant to be
He is beside me, I'm standing breathless
listening to the rhythm of his heart beats

Destiny played a new game this time
It brought him straight to my heart
Time has proven to me once again
that if you wait, your wishes come true

Now I know the meaning of hope
after he made his way into my life
All I want is that he starts to have
faith, that he will always be mine

Yes, I believe love has answered
Since I have him with me now

    Excellant - a dual monologue! Love the parallel thought process. Destiny, time, hope, faith, love, and the greatest of these . . . .
    I observe his side is unbelieving, fearful even, of losing what he would most want, while hers is confident, but sensitive to his concerns. Very well played out in each role.

    Minor stuff: typo at the begining of hers - "planed" should be "planned."
    I think "found" works better for his final thought than "lost"
    Think a more positive word should be used than "wicked"

    Even as it is, it deserves a WIN.

    Awww this was a nice collaboration! I liked the idea of showing the two perspectives - the female and the male, and how there were differences but also similarities. I like the way you both played with words, such as faith, destiny, hope etc. Good collaboration all in all :)
    It was nice seeing your two styles together, since you both have different kind of poetry, but it worked out very well. Nicely done!

    Just one suggestion -
    "Since I have you him with me now" --> is this supposed to be "Since I have him with me now" or you? I think it's a typo..

    Great job guys =D
