In the land of my heart and mind
Many chords play in my ears
Pleases me with peaceful life
Loving me deep and passionately
East, West, south or north everyplace

Walks with me where ever I am
On the road and the way of my life
Remembering and inspiring me to live
Dancing smoothly and shines in me
Simple words comes from your lips

    A nice acrostic for sure,
    however maybe you coiuld help the flow by adding some punctuation, just a tip for you, makes it easier to read.
    However, I like the imagery, sweet and serene with some sadness too amidst the friendship,
