Simply Love (Collab with TJ BECKER Arizona Eagle)

Right now I need one of those writes,
that tell about the in between.
Not about the beautiful delights
or the absolutely awful end.

Days that flow into nights without tremors
or explosions of excitement
simplistic moments in time that
fill a the void of nothingness.

Casual conversations on the phone
that are of no importance complete
a days wake, a soft good night as
we retreat into the realm of dreams.

One doesn't dream alone about
being together, but rather together
about keeping what is there to
eventually wake up caressing.

Why doesn't anybody write about
the specialty of everyday life,
we shouldn't have to go without
because they're spent with our love.

    Awww this is a beautifully written poem! It was a joy to read - and I loved the topic... yes you both are right that there aren't poems about such things. This was a really nice collaboration, you two should collaborate more! Well done =D

    I LOVE the first two stanzas

    Oh these beautiful days we seldom have the privilege of experiencing.

    I really enjoyed this poem. I felt at peace as I was reading it, as the words came through me I felt a sense of calm. As if you were telling me to slow down in life and take a look around and not worry so much (and there's a lot to worry about)
