Super Heroes

Where villains appear,
Someone extraordinary is always near,
When evil shows it's face,
Someone special is there to put them in place.

Some can fly, some can run fast,
Some get incredibly strong, some travel to the past,
Some are psychic, some just look normal,
Some have no weakness, some just look awful.

When the time comes, they'll hear our calls,
The light will triumph as the darkness falls,
They'll appear like your average joes,
When in uniform we call them Super Heroes!

Tribute to military personnel past, present and Future!

    Again i liked the first three stanzas after that your poem slips away from form. good people are all around and not necessary strong fast or brave. the bravest people are the most humble U.S soldier

    Great tribute to the people who die for your freedom. Nicely written and the rhyming was really good.
