Meme (Great-Grandmother)

by Just a girl   Jan 12, 2012

Corners of her gental lips rise at each end.
The creases around her chapped mouth,
are tattoos drawn with age.

A glance at her father clock,
time does not slow for her embrace.

Although father has no more time to give;
She has stayed for another season, but-
Only in the hearts of all who loved her.

R.I.P.
April 15th, 2010.
Never forgotten,
and always missed.
