Down I Fall.

by Celtic Warrior   Mar 30, 2012

Im floating in this solid black void,
And my body is completely numb.
Is this so normal, to feel destroyed,
Forced to listen to this torture anthem?
There are no voices nearby,
I'm starting to think I'm alone,
My tears inside have gone dry,
For my strifes have destroyed my throne.
These needles pierce my leather skin,
It digs and burrows deep.
How many times must I feel this again,
Hearing my rich blood seep.
In this prison I rest on a bed of straw,
Seeking a fraction of relief,
Its here where down...down I fall,
Its here where life won't answer its call.
