Alice in wonderland, the not so sweet tale.

See Alice falling down the rabbit hole,
falling fast hitting the ground, losing all self control.
Seeing herself in a whole new light,
so much more beauty with new added height.

Shes fallen into a place where all hurt is gone,
she feels as if nothing bad could go wrong.
No more cutting deep through her skin,
finally she feels any battle she can win.

Alice escaped the life she was dreading to live,
living day by day with a dad she could not forgive.
Treating her like she was worthless like he didnt care,
living a life that is so not fair.

Her mom just sits there watching her daughter go through such pain,
Alice crying, not one word of complain.
She felt like she had no one on her side,
deep inside she felt like she'd died.

When Alice arrived in this brand new place,
full of beauty, happiness, and grace.
Everyone and everything made her feel important,
when everyone before made her feel unimportant.

She felt like she was on a high,
seeing cats with no bodies that could somehow fly.
She met a man called the madhatter,
who seemed very easy to flatter.

There was a evil queen who wanted Alice destroyed,
Alice thinking to herself "thats the thing i was trying to avoid"
Alice fed up with all the people who ever tried to bring her down,
she found the courage to rise up and take off the queens crown.

The queen yellng and screaming and making a scene,
Alice felt she accomplished something at just being sixteen.
In wonderland, you can make your life what you want it to be,
For Alice all she wanted was to be free.

Free from all the pain she'd felt inside,
feelings of just wanting to die.
No more feelings of always doing wrong,
Now Alice can finally move on.
