Unforgiving Tomb of War

by CathyButterflyJC   Apr 13, 2012

War is unforgiving!
We fight to kill!
There are so many people grieving.
And we still ask ourselves why.
Why wonder about the cold blooded deaths.
When we look around and see flags of our country;
But what is behind the colors.
We claim we are peaceful,
But we are deceitful.
We announce our placid;
When we deface that one's trying to save us.
Cruel,
Cruel and unjust is this world we step upon!
What are we supposed to lead on?
War is unforgiving,
I am one whom believes,
In peace.
We fight to end lives.
When is that ever right.
Who will shine some light?
I bow my head in shame,
And I give them all the blame!

    I agree with you, war is such waste, for what? Why can't we all try to live in peace
