Few Minutes

by Yakori bint Muhammed   Apr 13, 2012

18th March, 2012.

At the banks of the shore.
Blue ocean lies lifeless;
no cheerful wave rises.

At the banks of the shore.
Red sun gleans a dull flower;
no sensual grin surfaces.

At the banks of the shore.
Plant pleads for moist;
to feed frosty branch.

At the banks of the shore.
Wind hums a bruised gust;
left to crumble in its cusp.

At the banks of the shore.
Natures spirit rumbles;
seeking for a serene sojourn.

At the banks of the shore.
Twin souls oddessey bequeath;
to eulogise soulful rhymes.

At the banks of the shore.
A soul guards its blue crux;
to ascend into the red sheath.

At the banks of the shore.
In just few minutes;
red and blue missed each other.

    Woooooooooooooow!!

    I love it Yakori, I so love it!!
    My forte was always writing love songs, and I got to say that I give that to you now. I loved the repitition in it, it actually gave it an extra melodical flow.

    Well done sis :)
