Battle of Saint Dover

by Jack Nightengale   Apr 24, 2012

Major: I love it, don't you?
Do you hear it? I do!

The rush, the madness,
The battle, the wars!
Those cowards running are spineless,
We're getting close, it's not too far.

The sight of blood, the chaos, the slaughter and death,
Sharpened blades, fangs and claws!
Uh-oh! Pause a moment, I need to catch my breath.
the sound of the raging fire burning everything like straw!

The smell of blood, and the sight of slaughter,
Arise my Monsters and let us take over!
Oh, my throat is dry! Quick bring me some water!
Let it be know that we will be victorious in this Battle of Saint Dover!

It's not too late to run inside,
Lock your doors but there's no place to hide!

Monsters: The bird of Hermes is our name,
Eating our wings to make us tame!
