She Glows

by Joseph Boadi   Apr 24, 2012

Scrawled in red are these words
Each woven with the yarns of colourful birds
To one who solely embeds my heart with love
My goddess of delight sent from above
Every word she let fall
Floated on the ocean mild
You would have to squint your eyes
As the noonday sun painted her beauty bright
She is one honeyed-face you would hardly forget
Otherwise,am afraid you would regret
This nightingale was natural but not alchemy
A creature calved and drawn perfectly
One that the eyes could not behold once but a dozen times
Because she is more endowed than the King Solomon's mines
