You dont need to knock just
come in and read my mind.
You write down my thoughts
as if our words were entwined.

Two hearts and two minds
use only one pen to write.
Forever creating soft words
as we bathe in poetic light.

There is no need to go haunt
for a new source of inspiration.
For we complete each others
words on daily conversations.

We'll always be each's rock
and eternally each's muse.
Never speak in harsh tones
or have words ever confused.

Now I can sometimes rest my pen
for my words are written by yours.
And when I have nothing to pen
I will come knocking on you door.
